Childbirth Classes Offered
No matter where you are at in your pregnancy, you can get the knowledge needed to feel prepared for the remainder of pregnancy, birth and postpartum with this comprehensive class!
This class will cover pregnancy, nutrition, gentle exercises to prepare your body and mind, labor & birth, comfort measures, partner involvement, postpartum, breastfeeding, and basic newborn care among many other topics.
Each class will include:

Group classes are $275 and can be booked below.

4-Week Group Classes
The 2-day intensive is a great class if you a nearing your due date and may not have enough time for the 4-week classes or if you simply prefer the shorter time commitment. It offers more class hours in a two day time frame.
The same information above will be covered with the exception of guest speakers.

2 Day Group Classes
One-on-one classes are completed in the comfort of your home. Please contact me directly for scheduling.
In-home group classes may be arranged with a minimum of 3 class sign-ups. This is great for those who may have friends delivering around the same time and would like to host a class in their home. Classes may be arranged by contacting me.
One day virtual classes are available upon request and schedule permitting. These are a great option if you are looking for a shorter class or simply want some review!
*A travel fee of $50 may be applied to distances greater than 25 miles from my starting location.
